2017 Williams FW40
Williams are celebrating their 40th anniversary with the release of the FW40 Formula 1 car. Like many teams, Williams have opted for the shark fin engine cover to help clean up the airflow from the bodywork as it travels to the rear wing. Overall the design looks similar to last years with the obvious regulations changes in place. Williams will have a tough time in this year's championship with strong teams behind them proving a good chance to leapfrog them.
After a strange off season for the Williams team, Valtteri Bottas has moved over to Mercedes in exchange for what can assumed is a large discount on the Mercedes engine deal Williams enjoy. His replacement is the Felipe Massa who has un-retired to help fill the experience void left at Williams. His team mate will be rookie Formula 1 driver Lance Stroll, who will look to be the face of Williams into the future.
