2021 Bentley Bentayga Speed

Refreshed Bentayga Speed hits town as the only way to get the big W12 engine option in the Bentayga line-up. Due to the regular Bentayga only being produced in V8 form, the Speed version now has sole ownership of the 6.0L twin turbocharged W12 engine.

The specs for the new Bentayga Speed haven’t changed from the 2020 model with 635 PS (466 kW) of power and 664 lb-ft (900 Nm) of torque all remaining the same, whilst the 3.9 second 0-62 mph acceleration and 190 mph top speed also stick around. Considering all the weight it has to lug around those are fairly impressive numbers, no doubt helped by the huge amount of torque generated between 1,500 and 5,000 rpm. An eight-speed automatic transmission has been tasked with feeding that torque to the all-wheel drive system, and 22-inch wheels reside at each corner housing Bentley’s optional carbon-ceramic brake package.
