The Koenigsegg Agera S is tuned to run on low octane fuels for use in regions where E85 fuels are not available. With only 4 examples built, the Agera S uses all the features and functions of the Agera R, including the dynamic rear wing.
Despite removing the flexfuel capability of the Agera R, Koenigsegg have managed to squeeze out 1,044 PS (768 kW) of power at 8,250 rpm and 811 lb-ft (1,100 Nm) or torque at 4,100 rpm. As usual the performance numbers are impressive with 0-100 km/h (0-62 mph) done in 2.9 seconds, 0-200 km/h in 7.9 seconds, 0-200-0 km/h in just 12.8 seconds, and 0-300-0 km/h in 22.7 seconds. The Agera S generates 300 kilograms of downforce at 250 km/h, and develops 1.6g of lateral g-force.
The Koenigsegg Agera S was also the first vehicle to get the companies newly developed and produced hollow space carbon fiber aircore wheels. Fully carbon fiber wheels that use a hollow construction technique, the first and lightest in the world.
