Description
Glimpsing the future of the brands styling and technology is the Buick Wildcat EV concept. Starting out as a simple sketch by a Buick designer, the Wildcat eventually got the go-ahead to be made into a full design concept that would preview what an electric Buick could look like.
Buick plans to be fully electric by 2030 with their first model set to arrive in 2024. This concept is purely about the design and therefore does not have any powertrain installed. It features a long wheelbase for housing the battery pack in the floor and short overhangs for a more sporty look. When opened, the long doors have part of the roof above rise up to aid in entering and exiting the vehicle, a unique touch that is unlikely to make it into any production Buick.
