Description
Seven years after the coupe, Zagato have revealed the roadster version of the Maserati powered Mostro. The removal of the roof has only enhanced the visual appeal of an already good looking car, as the Italian design house Zagato continues to impress.
Like the coupe only five units are set to be built, but this time owners will have a choice of engines. The same 414hp 4.2L Maserati V8 as found in the coupe is available along with the 621 hp 3.0L twin turbo V6 from the MC20. The choice between a traditional V8 roar or more modern and more powerful turbocharged powertrain is a tough one, for me, the V8 provides enough go and brings the theatre with it.
