Everybody loves a Dodge Hellcat, and this time the Family hauling Durango gets the 710 horsepower upgrade, making it the most powerful SUV in the world. ‘A muscle SUV for muscle car people with families’ is what Dodge is saying, and they aren’t wrong. Three rows of seats, a 6.2L supercharged V8 engine, official 11.5 second quarter mile time and 180 mph top speed all combine to create a package that can seemingly do it all.

Unfortunately the Durango SRT Hellcat will only see 1 year of production for the 2021 model year, after which new emissions rules for 2022 will prevent it from being sold. This may turn out to be a temporary issue, but for now the family hauler Hellcat remains a one year wonder with less than 2,000 examples to be built.

“The Brotherhood of Muscle includes families of all sizes and the Durango delivers Dodge performance as the Charger of the three-row SUV segment,” said Tim Kuniskis, Global Head of Alfa Romeo and Head of Passenger Cars – Dodge, SRT, Chrysler and FIAT, FCA – North America.
