Description
Subaru have unleashed a new Forester STI for Japan only, unfortunately it’s not the high performance STI we hoped for. Instead of fitting the 2.4L engine from the current WRX STI and creating a Forester with similar performance credentials, Subaru have opted to stick with the regular 1.8L unit of the standard Forester. If you were hoping for the sweet 6-speed manual transmission, Subaru have once again not read the room and kept the CVT transmission.
So what is different you ask? Well, the suspension has been revised for more sporty and dynamic handling and the styling has been tweaked including the addition of 18-inch wheels with a dark grey finish.
