2020 AlphaTauri AT01

New name, new colours and new hope, the Toro Rosso F1 team are now AlphaTauri and they have just launched their 2020 challenger called the AT01. Always the baby Red Bull team, Toro Rosso were perennial mid-field runners that played the important role of young driver advancement. Providing seats for the up and coming talent in the Red Bull young driver program. That meant Toro Rosso spent their years with a much smaller budget then that of Red Bull Racing and watched the very best of it’s young guns get swept away to the big team.

The team started out of the struggling Minardi outfit, which Red Bull bought ahead of the 2006 season. It was named Toro Rosso then which lasted through to the end of 2019 when the name AlphaTauri was introduced. That new name also brings forth new branding, with a fetching new livery taking the eye of many F1 fans around the world.
