2018 Rivian R1S Concept

American startup Rivian has unveiled their all-new, all electric R1S SUV Concept with promises of a big battery with plenty of range. Sharing around 91% of it’s components with it’s sister car the Rivian R1T pickup, the R1S employs many of the same impressive storage solutions and thoughtful ideas.

With it’s pill shaped headlights, the R1S has a distinctive look that may not be traditionally pretty but should become somewhat iconic to the brand if Rivian delivers on it’s potential. The rest of the styling is clean and inoffensive which should appeal to a wide range of buyers in the market for an electric SUV with great range and plenty of usability.
