Description
The ultimate Jaguar XJS? Tom Walkinshaw Racing has built a widebody, 600 hp restomod XJS called the Supercat. TWR are most well known for their racing endeavours including building the Le Mans-winning Jaguar XJR-9. Every now and then they have expanded their offerings into the road car market, usually with a modified Jaguar.
Featuring bespoke carbon fibre bodywork with a front splitter, rear diffuser and ducktail spoiler, turbofan wheels and new headlights, the Supercat is a striking example of an XJS. It’s powered by a supercharged V12 engine which is good for 600 hp. Only 88 examples will be built in reference to the XJR-9’s 1988 Le Mans victory.
