Sauber F1 Team enters the 2018 Formula 1 season with a new title sponsor in the form of Alfa Romeo. Alfa have a legendry history in Formula 1, and their return to the sport marks a very special moment for the fans. Long been the cellar dwellers of the field, this new partnership and injection of funds may provide team Sauber with the opportunity to rise up the ranks of F1.
The driver paring at Sauber during 2018 will consist of Marcus Ericsson and Charles Leclerc. Ericsson has become a stable presence in the Sauber seat after several years plying his trade at the back of the field. On the other side of the garage, Leclerc gets his chance to impress in his debut season, no doubt eager to push aside his more experienced team mate and press for greater things.
