2025 McLaren Artura Spider

Artura Spider arrives with an elegant folding hard-top, and a complete overhaul of just about the whole car. After the coupe Artura was delayed and faced initial issues, the eventual launch saw a very capable car that just lacked that special feeling. Now McLaren have been hard at work revising just about every aspect for the car for the 2025 model year, which now include the Spider model.

First up, the engine has been given a power bump from 578 hp to 597, which combines with the electric motor to bring the total system output to 690 hp. The hybrid system has also seen some love with the electric-only range increased to 21 miles. Other updates include faster gear shift times, improved damping control, better cooling performance, revised engine mounts, and tweaks to the cars turn-in response and handling characteristics.
